Making flying easier airlines could arrange self check-in facility to its fliers at malls including major office, which allows passengers to skip check-in queues and head to a dedicated baggage drop counter. Self check-in kiosks will reduces significant amount of time for a flier at the airport, fliers can procure boarding pass by using the facility near the check-in area would be more useful. Self check-in kiosks will help in extended service availability, reduce customer wait time, and eliminate queues, thereby speed

Check -in @home I would suggest that Airlines could start check-in process at door step. Passengers can travel to the airport without carry the baggage would be more comfortable. Passengers can save time in check in –counter queue and can directly go to immigration for a hassle free flight journey. They can spend more time in airport shops or lounges instead of check-in counter queue. Check-in agent could issue the boarding pass after collecting the baggage in check-in van which can collect from home, office or hotel to airport safely.  Service could start 24 hours before flight departure time as gulf air is presently collecting baggage in advance could expand the service to door step with check-in Van facility would be an added advantage to avoid over baggage concern in airport and save time as well. Passengers travelling in red bus also could get check-in process inside the bus and collect the checked in baggage in the bus itself from airport through check-in v

Visa Message- Paperless system-Go Green I would like to suggest visa message system in airlines via email confirmation, instead of manually, as this would be prove convenient and time-saving for passengers and help them avoid  inconvenience. Airlines could receive visa message via email instead of manual, which would be more helpful for passengers travelling to Bahrain could feel comfort journey. Presently for any new visa holders need to submit ticket copy and visa copy manually to the respective airline office before travelling to Bahrain for OK to board confirmation. Appreciate if airlines could start receiving ticket copy and visa copy for OK to board via email is easier for all passengers to travel Bahrain without any inconvenience. Hopes the airlines will upgrade the present visa message system to promote paper less concept widely. Multi Level Parking system-Green Energy Appreciate the authorities acquired private land and old properties to use for public car parking recently.  It would  be helpful if the acquired land and old properties to implement multi-level car parking facility in congested places like Hoora, Manama, and Gudaibiya. In my opinion renewable energy especially  solar energy and wind power also be used to introduce multi-level car parking system  which would support green energy project. If successful the green energy project could be expanded across the places.  I also suggest installing solar energy panels on car parking buildings and roof will be supportive and encourage for private sector investors to expand this service to promote green energy in large scale. The use of public parking space should always be encouraged and by introducing this system would be useful for all. Flight Boarding Pass I would like to suggest that flight boarding passes be printed on the red buses on the airport route as this would be prove convenient and time-saving for passengers and help them avoid long queues in Departures.

The convention is being hosted by the world body GOPIO (Global Organisation of People of Indian Origin) and being held for the first time in the Middle East.
